Country Manager for 4POS and Pan Oston in the UK
Your Challenge?
Positioning 4POS and Pan Oston successfully in the UK by building a strong sales team that is ready to gain market share year by year. Pan Oston and 4POS are a unique combination of two strong brands that create powerful checkout solutions for retail, looking for an entry into the UK retail market. You, as country manager, are responsible for creating and executing a sustainable sales strategy, that is in line with the business plans and goals of the Pan Oston Holding.
The biggest challenge in this role might just be balancing building the business and the team and keeping your drive to bring in clients to achieve sales targets. This is a role that asks for a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, networking skills, and drive to succeed in the UK. Once successful, you’ll move on to building a team.

4POS, now the #1 POS supplier in Germany, provides proven hardware solutions specifically designed for retail, with prominent references and a solid reputation in the retail market. Until now, 4POS has primarily operated in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, but thanks to its success in these regions, it has a strong ambition for growth in the Benelux and the UK.
Pan Oston designs, manufactures, and installs checkout, self-service, and kiosk solutions that seamlessly fit any store concept. What you will do
As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for sales targets in the UK. You will report directly to Pan Oston's owner and director, Ralf Hovenga. Your role will involve establishing strategic relationships and securing solid revenue in the UK. You will target larger players in the retail market, developing long-term relationships with new clients.

Your Working Environment
You’ll join our international organization, working from home, visiting clients, and regularly visiting our headquarters in Raalte (Netherlands) and 4POS in Switzerland. We ensure close support from colleagues at 4POS and Pan Oston, working together for clients to learn from each other. Onboarding takes place in the Netherlands and Switzerland, giving you a chance to learn the culture, processes, and products of Pan Oston and 4POS. Working with an international team you will build our continued growth in Europe.
